They have some antiques in dark oak, predominately Jacobean style furniture. She displays some of her own work as well as some others. They have a large collection of books which they like to have on view.
On one side there is a view of the river, which the client likes, and on the other a view of flats.

They entertain frequently and need an informal dining area: near kitchen area for social entertaining whiles cooking; would like soft lighting; prefer wood table to glass.
Lounge area for at least 6 people.· They want fabric sofas not leather.
An informal area to seat 2 - for watching TV, reading, some work (computer letter writing) etc,
