About the designer

Suzanne has an Honours degree in Horticulture and trained for 6 years with the internationally renowned Nursery Company Hilliers of Winchester. Over the last 10 years, she has established herself in Leicestershire, planning gardens great and small across the country, for many delighted customers.
Alongside the design service she is currently studying for a Post Graduate Diploma in Landscape Architecture at University of Central England.

  • Her private clients include football manager Lawrie McMenemy; Managing Director of Caterpillar; Holy Cross Abbey near Dorchester; and Cherry Tree Memorial Garden at Olney Bucks.
  • Suzanne has designed commercial schemes for Pirelli, Port Solent; Newbury Business Park; & East Midlands Housing Association

 

Awards

  • A garden designed for a frail elderly Development in Northampton earned Suzanne a Marley Quality in action Certificate for Excellence in Design.
  • In 2000 Suzanne was awarded an RHS Silver Medal for her Lock Stock &Barrel Garden at the BBC Gardeners World Live Show.
  • In 2002 Suzanne was awarded an RHS Silver Gilt Medal for her Kitchen Garden at the BBC Gardeners World Live Show.
